I like building cities and regions. Posted March 15, 2015. Sim City 2013 does have some interesting builings (utilities, futurized buildings etc) and better. SC 2013 (there is no SC5) was supposed to be a new technology restart, but the new crew at Maxis were a bunch of amateurs compared to Will Wright's original bunch, and fell in love with the idea of the glassbox engine for the simulation. Copy of Large Water Pump from Simcity 4 that was recreated pixel by pixel. Better traffic system. Each skyline has a different giant deity statue and distinct style, and is supported by sprawling suburbs and industry. Clear crisp legible font at a decent size- excellent maps/overlays colour coding etc. This will cause IR to be included in the totals for industry for regular SimCity 4. CITIES : SKYLINES has. -3. Easier to buy a few of them at 50% off. SimCity 2013 is garbage IMO. . I have cities in motion 2 which i think is far too complicated and i think the controls are very fiddily.
